Florida Towing Law Reference
According to Florida Statute 715.07, when a vehicle is towed from private property, the towing company must store the vehicle at a facility located within a radius of 10 miles from the point of removal unless there is no such facility within that radius. This requirement ensures vehicle owners can reasonably retrieve their vehicles without excessive travel.
